This is one reason I chose to start blogging about the consciously creating your own reality stuff! Why is that? Because stuff like this happens and I can share about it in the moment and then YOU can try it and that can make a difference:
I found out about the One Command technique from someone on Facebook. For a few days I tried to find out how to do it because I felt interested and also a good feeling.
Today I was relaxing in a coffee shop with some herbal tea and my laptop and I finally found a site that described the technique concisely:

The next thing I did was try it out. Right there in the coffee shop. I went to formulate my command and I thought of something specific I wanted but then I just could not afterall I do ClearTalk and it has taught me to imagine desire and expect my entire life to be the way I want it, not just ONE THING.
So I sat there feeling that. hmmm
I asked myself, what is ONE COMMAND that covers everything I want that I could create right now to try this process? I came up with one that feels elegant and I did the entire process and it feels great! I just had to share. Here is the command I created by the way and if you are using ClearTalk to do your manifesting, and the Win List and you have lots of things you want then this can help to pull it all together:
In my own universe: (see my note below about adding this)
“I am alive and well and flourishing in all the areas of my life as I CONSCIOUSLY imagined desired and expected it to be so it is now all achieved most benevolently with harm to none, and Higher Self, and unseen friends, in the name of the GODdess (Love Itself).”
There is also a phrasing that I got there on that site above to help out if I have doubts about it…
“I don’t know how, I only know it has all come to pass exactly as I imagined, desired, and expected it to be, and I appreciate all that.”
It is the “I don’t know how, I only know….” technology that comes from the One Command I added the rest.

Special Note about why I use “in my own universe” :
If you go to the site that describes the six steps to use the One Command technology you will see that one of the steps you end up in the Theta state which is achieved by doing a form of inner visualization after grounding to the earth. You end up going up and out into a place outside of time and space. Other techniques for manifesting include similar visualization for example to journey to the causal plane.
In ClearTalk the “jump” to the inner and biochemical “place” or “state” in which the manifestations are launched with the pure clean resonance and the assistance of the higher state is accessed by simply saying, (commanding) “in my own universe”.
I believe that one could REPLACE the inner travel in the One Command technique by simply saying, “in my own universe”. Conversely, doing the full One Command inner journey makes it unnecessary to say, “in my own universe.” Here on the blog I wrote that to empower the phrase immediately as you read it with the correct state.
Also, I found when playing with the “I don’t know how, I only know that….” technology from One Command as I play with it mentally going through my day that IT IS much more safe and secure and sound I believe to do it like this:
For example I am thinking I am still too fat for my liking and it has been way too long that everything I tried so far to emotionally shift my body shape and feeling has not yet achieved the full results I want and I feel stuck.
In ClearTalk I would just declare that “in my mind, in the universe” and then say, “and in my own universe I am glowing with the healthy feeling and physical shape of body that is the lean sexy true self image formed in my flesh and glowing in my aura the way I wanted it and the lifestyle that pleases me most, emotionally is radiating from this glorious body of mine”.
In the one command I might say it like this when I hear myself thinking how I am too fat still etc…
“I don’t know how, in my own universe all my health problems, and image issues are resolved and I am fulfilled.”
I tried it with the way it seems they would do it, and I just did not feel right about leaving out the in the universe part. Their way as I understand it is like this:
“I don’t know how, I only know that all my excess fat and image problems are resolved and I am fulfilled.”
It seems easier at first but as went through the day trying there way WITHOUT in my own universe I started to notice some of the flaws of doing that kind of thinking that ClearTalk avoids and corrects. So I wanted to tell you about it here since I was talking about someone elses technology to make sure you understand I kind of “tweaked it” in my own play with it.
And to share the realization that to go into the state need to best launch what you imagine, desire, and expect to influence your reality to become that, all it takes is to say, ” In my own universe….” and you are there! Now that’s one command for you!
